Biography |

Raymond
W. Cox III is a Professor in the Department of Public Administration and
Urban Studies at the Dr. Cox has developed training programs on a
variety of management topics. He has most often offered such training in
strategic management, in performance appraisals and evaluation, and in public
sector ethics. He has served as a
consultant to municipal, county, state and federal government agencies as
well as to the government of In
addition to more than five years as a grants manager for the federal
government (distributing some $7,500,000 in competitive awards to state
governments) Dr. Cox has been the recipient of a variety of grants and
contracts ranging in size from $10,000 (NSF) to over one million dollars
(U.S. Air Force). He served for four
years on the Community Development Council of the State of |
