Notes:
(1) When combined with SMART Synchroneyes software
(2) OneNote has shared sessions which allow users to create ad hoc shared pages. These can be controlled by the sharer to be read only or read/write. No server is required, unlike DyKnow and Classroom Presenter/Ubiquitous Presenter. All clients must be the same version of OneNote. One particularly nice feature of this is that invitations can be sent via email to facilitate joining the session with a simple click.
(3) OneNote 2007 integrates very well with Outlook 2007 to make a pretty complete information management system. OneNote pages can be linked to appointments and created with the contents of an email message (incl. attachments) already on the page.  OneNote 2007 also adds the capability of having several notebooks that can be opened and closed and supports a very nice full screen mode for note-taking.
(4) GoBinder has been slated to be phased out, but Agilix is planning something new in this area.
(5) OneNote (both versions) support synchronized audio and video recording. This synchronization works both ways, such that highlighting ink or text then starting the audio playback will start at the point those notes were taken. Likewise, as the audio is played, the notes taken at that point are highlighted.
