Of all my battles against the evil javaMan, this was by far the worst. It was my intention from the start to go beyond the assignment, by creating two Salesperson instances, and then totaling them. I had terrible problems with passing variables between methods, and with getting the variables to print out.
I left the battlefield wearied; bloodied; my sword notched; my chain mail torn. The evil javaMan, however, was carried off in berry baskets.
