Kathy Perevosnik is a part-time M.S. student in the Department of Polymer Science, University of Akron. She obtained a BS in Polymer Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 1995. She is employed at ExxonMobil Chemical Company in Akron, OH. She is a co-inventor on two U.S. Patents as part of her career with ExxonMobil.

Kathy is currently working on blends of thymine-functionalized Polystyrene and SIBS materials. She is currently supervised by Dr. Judit E. Puskas. She is expected to graduate in August 2007.
