Your print Journal subscription is your passport to The Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition. The term of your subscription is the same for both products. Check with your bill to determine what term you ordered.
1. Find your 12-digit account number on your print edition mailing label. You need this number to register for The Wall Street interactive Edition. It is your User Name. You will find it on the second line of your mailing label.
2. Be sure your web browser is operational.
3. Point your browser to: http://interactive.wsj.com/offers/student/
4. At the User Name prompt, enter your 12-digit print account number without any spaces.
5. Answer all the questions on the short survey. Be sure to fill in your name EXACTLY as it appears on your print edition mailing label. Click “Submit.”
6. You will be asked to select a unique password. Remember it! Write it down. And, don’t share it or your User Name. Your unique password allows you to set up your own Personal Journal. Get all the news you need, track the stocks and companies you are most interested in, and have it all delivered to your computer.
7. Read and accept the subscriber agreement.
8. Now you are registered for the Interactive Journal. From now on go to http://wsj.com to access the Interactive Journal Front Page.
9. Questions? Call 1-800-975-8602 for questions about your print subscription and the interactive Journal registration process. Once you have registered, call 1-800-369-2834 for questions about the Interactive Journal. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday.
10. Access to The Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition will
continue until as long as you pay for your subscription.
