Earlier years, search the OhioLINK Library Catalog and click on "Request" to borrow a copy, or, if available, the link to the electronic copy. Sometimes, you are able to modify the search to material type "Thesis/Diss" to obtain only theses and dissertations in your search results.
Recent years, search or browse the library's Web pages for that school for the availability of an electronic copy. Search Google by the name of the school and the keyword "library" to find a link to the library's Web site.
If not available electronically, request from interlibrary loan via ILLiad.
