This one is call the "270" project for a simple reason - it's made up of 270 pieces of paper. I was planning on making another mosaic, but used the pieces instead to build this. It's surprisingly heavy - considering it's just paper and glue. I also added three marbles before I closed it up - it's hollow - just to make it more fun to turn over and study. |

Top view of the same model. I've made similar things before, but never on this scale. Took a long time - and it was a little mentally challenging to figure out the placement of the pieces. I glued it as I went along, so a mistake would have meant the end of the project. This is a precursor to the big cube project. |
